MyTimeHero - MySpace for Parents

Eons, the social network for the over 50 crowd, reported last month a whopping $22 million in second round funding. MyTimeHero joins the space with a slightly different framed entry. Rather than having a sharp demographic cutoff like Eons, MyTimeHero targets parents or grandparents to join -- and their children or grandchildren to come pay filial respect. The site is the brainchild of Josh Olin and Ian Peterson of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
